Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship domestically within Australia.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing your order before it being shipped out.

All orders are shipped through Australia Post. Please refer to their shipment times on their website for standard and express shipping timeframes.

What is the current processing time?

Due to the nature all our products being made to order, and personalised, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for us to create your order.

During busy seasons, these processing times might differ. Announcements will made via the home page and on social media.

What if my goods arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your items arrive damaged, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via the ‘Contact Us’ page. We will require clear photo evidence of both the outer packaging and the damaged items inside. Once we’ve reviewed the photos, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we absolutely do! We love bringing your unique ideas to life and work closely with you every step of the way to create something special. The process begins with a chat about your desired product, the final outcome you're after, and the size or specifications needed. Once we’ve nailed down the details, we’ll assess whether we’re able to take on the project. If it’s a go, we’ll send you a design mockup to review. After you’re happy with the design, an invoice will be issued and once payment is received, we’ll begin crafting your custom piece!

Will the acrylic colours look exactly like they do on my phone or computer screen?

While we do our best to accurately represent colours in our product photos, please keep in mind that colours may appear slightly different in real life. Factors such as lighting, photography settings, filters, and individual screen displays (like brightness or colour calibration) can all affect how a colour looks on your device. If you're unsure or need help choosing, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help clarify!
