Brain Break Tokens

These Brain Break Tokens comes in a set of 25 different activities that allows children to have a few minutes to move their bodies, reset their brain and refocus their attention.

The tokens consist of movement breaks, such as wall sit-ups or jumping, group games such as heads down, thumbs up, dance freeze, and of course calming activities such as yoga poses and deep breathing. A wide range of activities for all ages, abilities, purposes and needs.

• 25 tokens made from 3mm plywood, words engraved
• Tokens are 4cm in diameter
