IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Each of our timber stands is precision cut in-house using a saw blade to create the slot opening.

Please note that acrylic thickness can vary slightly during manufacturing and is outside of our control. Due to these natural variations, the fit of your sign may be slightly tighter or looser depending on the exact thickness of your piece.

As each stand is cut according to blade width, we are unable to customise individual slot sizes or guarantee an exact fit every time.

If your stand feels too tight, we recommend lightly sanding the inside of the slot with fine-grit sandpaper.

If your stand feels too loose, a small strip of clear vinyl or tape on the bottom edge of your sign can help create a firmer fit.

Please note that timber is a natural material and every piece will feature its own unique grain, knots, markings and colour variations. These natural characteristics are not considered faults and add to the uniqueness and charm of each piece.

As all items are handmade, slight variations in size, finish and colour may occur.
